Returns or Exchanges

Upon receiving your purchase there is a 30 day return option.

We understand that it can be tricky buying things online. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your BabZetta purchase we can organise an exchange, refund or store credit.

Contact us ASAP via our Contact form or email us at hq@babzetta.com to begin the process.
Note: Please include your order number, name and address.

  • Return shipping costs will be at the customers own expense.
  • The article must be returned in its original condition, unused with swing tags and extras intact.
  • The article should be packaged carefully as to protect the contents until we receive it.
  • Include a note with your order number, name, address and email details.
  • Once the item is received by us and approved we will swiftly process a refund, exchange or credit.
  • Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded. And in the case of an exchange, additional shipping costs will be charged for postage of exchanged item.
  • Only 1 exchange can be made per order.

 

Warranty Policy

If there is a problem we will do our best to work with you to find a solution. If your purchase is faulty, please contact us ASAP via our Contact Form or email us at hq@babzetta.com. 

~ The email should included your order number, name, contact details and photos of faults.

~ The item must be returned to us before a refund, exchange or store credit can be approved and processed.

~ Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can replace your item with the same product (or print) if it isn't available. Some BabZetta products are a limited run. However, in this situation we can offer another product of equal value, a refund or store credit.

Let's be honest, sometimes life just sucks!

If your cat vomits on it, a youngling wipes nutella all over it, you attempt to carry a fridge or tv in it and it breaks, or maybe someone is just yanking your (key) chain too hard... well that really does suck but I'm not sure we can help. Sorry 🙁

But remember!

BBFFs are washable! Some marks can be washed away, just like clothing. So please head over to our BBFF Care instructions.

 

Additional important information

  • In regards to exchanges we cannot guarantee that all products will still be available. Some of our BabZetta products are a limited run and may not be available again or in the near future. In this case another product of equal value or store credit can be provided.
  • The fastest method for contacting us for an Exchange/Return or a Warranty claim is via our Contact Form or email us at hq@babzetta.com. It is not advised to direct message us via BabZetta Social media accounts. Unfortunately these messages can be easily overlooked.
