Although BabZetta is a small business, we do our best to get your order processed as fast as we can.
On average orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs

We are currently only shipping within Australia, this may change later!
Our shipping rate is a flat $10 AUD.

Shipping time

We want you to get your BBFF as fast as possible whilst still keeping the shipping cost as low as we can.
On average your BBFF will arrive within 3-7 business days of your order being processed. Note: *Regional areas may take a little longer.

Things out of our control

Unfortunately shipping delays that are out of our control can happen. Please allow extra time for peak carrier periods such as holidays, industrial disputes and the uncertainty of Covid. Where possible if we are aware of delays we will update our website. For orders placed prior to identifying a delay, we will contact you via email to advise of an estimated delivery update.
